A few days ago, I witnessed someone having a heart attack. Although quite often hear stories about how flex times of attack, but only once I saw it firsthand. At the most critical, I heard a sound like 'snore' in the esophagus. Strange sound it makes me scrambling for not knowing what to do. At the hospital the doctor asked me to go into a room in which there are several computer monitors. Through a computer device that is connected by a hose to the heart that the doctor asked me to see firsthand, what happens inside the heart. Really, all I feel like chilling goose bumps.
The heart is the first organ to form when the baby began the process of creation with the permission of God. And heart, too, who marked the end of one's life. That day, I actually had the privilege of obtaining a process of self awareness about how precious life is.

1. Realize how vulnerable our bodies. My body is thin, small; far from the ideal form of a manly man's dream hunters handsomeness. How about you, whether boned like my skinny? No matter how beautiful the outside shape of our bodies, the contents therein may be just the same. When the Lord told the heart had stopped beating, then tumbanglah every human body.
2. Realizing that we do not know when life will end. Two of my grandparents died in old age. However, one of my children died in a matter of weeks since the obstetrician told the good news about the heartbeat which began to be detected by ultrasound. How full the mystery of life that we have. Until no one knows when life will end. Every time that in mind, I was always compelled to hasten to perform the prayers that had been still delayed. Every time remember, we are motivated to reduce sin. And every time you realize it, we lose the taste for cheating or dishonorable. May God always willing to help us to realize that we do not know when life will end.
3. Realizing that we will be held accountable for living. When lust and greed of the minds and hearts, we usually do not hesitate to do anything. It includes acts that violate norms, or take something that is not our right. Indeed we know if it was wrong, but the passions urge far greater than the knowledge of the truth. Well just do it, while nothing is caught or dare to hinder.
Maybe we need to recall that every action must be accounted for. That way, maybe we still had time to re-think, every time you want to cheat. Or do actions that are not favored by God.
4. Realizing that we can not imagine the rigors sisksaan God. If you have ever held a hammer, your hand might have accidentally hit a hammer while trying to nail. The pain was certainly no match for an angry angel hammer blow because of evil which we did during life. If you ever cook, maybe you have ever blistered hands exposed to the stove being lit. Taste the heat was no match for the flames in a burning hell. Need to practice as hard as the hammer hit so he could hold of a sledgehammer blow of God? Exercise should be burned with fire for what order to overcome the heat of the fire of God's anger? Realizing that we can not imagine the torment of God's severity, may be more motivated us to fill life with the measures of value.
5. Realizing that we have no right to complicate other people. We often think that the discourse about heaven and hell is only suitable to be used as bedtime only. Only children who are worthy of trust. Adults like us, do not deserve to be swayed by stories that there is no empirical evidence about the truth. Indeed, life is a choice. We may choose to believe or disbelieve it.
So do what you like is our right. However, it's good if we realize we are not at all entitled to complicate other people. Although allowed to do insult, we must ensure that the evil that we make does not make others suffer. Although that's not allowed to take our rights, but we should not cause others to lose its ownership. Although we may take heart's content, but we have no right to make the company suffered losses. Realizing that we have no right to complicate other people, may help us to realize that there are no actions and behaviors that are not connected with others. So positive behavior, that's the only choice we have.
Patted his chest is a sign that we are confident and sure of all capabilities that we have.
