Understanding Open Source when the mean in Indonesian means Open Source is a development system that is not coordinated by an individual / central agency, but by actors who work together by utilizing the source code (source code) which spread and freely available (usually using Internet communications facilities).
This development pattern modeled on the style bazaar, so the pattern of Open Source has a feature for the community that is the encouragement that comes from the culture of giving, which means that when a community uses an Open Source program and has received a benefit would then be motivated to pose a question of what user can give back to the crowd.

Pattern of Open Source was born because freedom works, without the intervention of thinking and expressing what they want by using the knowledge and suitable products. Freedom becomes a major consideration when released to the public. Other communities have the freedom to study, work on, revise again, justify or even blame, but this freedom also comes with responsibility, not freely without responsibility.

Open source software is a term used for software that unlock / release the source code to be viewed by others and let others know the workings of the software and at the same time improving the existing weaknesses in the software.
And interesting and one advantage is that open source software can be obtained and used for free without paying a license. Usually people get this software from the Internet. One of the famous open source software is Linux.

The existence of open source software is greatly supported by the Internet. At first, Open source software is retrieved from the Internet and then used by the people and repaired if there is an error. The results of repair of open source are then published back through the Internet that allow others to use and improve it. And so on. It is now easy to get open source software on the internet.

Development of open source software involves a lot of people from all over the world who interact via the Internet. Then the rise of various kinds of software are made based on open-source published over the internet. This pattern has given rise to open source developers from around the world reliable.
